HOW IT WORKS
Hearts: Push-Ups
Spades: Air Squats
Clubs: Sit-Ups
Diamonds: Jumping Lunges
Number cards (2–10) = reps
Face cards = 15 reps
Aces = 11 reps
Jokers = surprise

Place cards face down
Flip the top card
Perform the assigned exercise + reps
Repeat until the deck is finished
