HOW THE CARDS WORK
Spades: Jumping Lunges
Hearts: Push-Ups
Clubs: Air Squats
Diamonds: Sit-Ups
Jokers: Burpees
Number cards (2–10) = that many reps
Aces = 11 reps
Face cards = 15 reps
Jokers = 15 burpees
Shuffle, draw, do what it says, repeat until the deck is done. Your score is the time it takes to clear all 54.
