The App
Take the deck with you. Same five moves, same rules, on any phone. Draw your first ten cards free, no signup, no download, no app store.
How it works
Tap the deck. The app shuffles, you react. Suit tells you the exercise, the card tells you the reps. Clear the deck and you have done a full-body session in about 30 to 45 minutes.
- Spades: jumping lunges
- Hearts: push-ups
- Clubs: air squats
- Diamonds: sit-ups
- Jokers: burpees
The printed deck runs 54 cards including two jokers, with aces at 11 reps and court cards at 15. The app runs the standard 52 and shows the count on every card, so you never have to remember the table. Full rules here.
What you get
- Ten cards free, right now, in your browser. No account, no card.
- The full deck, streak tracking, and workout history for $2.99 a month.
- No ads. Cancel in two taps.
- Works on any phone. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
Cards, dice, or app
The app is the version you always have on you. The physical deck is the one you throw in a bag, hand to a friend, or leave on the living room floor where it will guilt you into using it. Most people end up with both.
Questions
Do I need to download anything? No. It runs in your phone's browser. Add it to your home screen if you want it to feel like an app.
What happens after my ten free cards? You will be asked whether you want the full deck for $2.99 a month. If you don't, nothing happens and the free cards are still there.
Do I need the physical deck to use the app? No. They are the same workout in two formats, and either one works on its own.
